Travel to the heart of the East: a combination of work and leisure

May is a time of renewal, a period of inspiration and spiritual purification. It was during these holidays that the staff of the International Medical University, the Eurasian International University and the Medical and Pharmaceutical College made an unforgettable trip to the cities of Uzbekistan rich in history and culture - Tashkent and Samarkand.
This trip was not just a vacation, but a soul-warming journey into the magical world of the East. Tashkent is a city that combines modernity and historical beauty. The skyscrapers and elegant madrassas reflect a deep respect for cultural heritage. And Samarkand is a city shrouded in legends, mesmerizing with its fabulous beauty. Here, everyone feels like flipping through the pages of ancient history.
The four days of travel flew by unnoticed. Excursions, evening walks around the city, delicious Uzbek cuisine and, of course, shopping at colorful bazaars – all this left vivid and unforgettable impressions. The staff returned home with a cleansed soul, filled with inspiration and fresh energy.
Such trips are not new to the MMU, HIM, and IFC teams. Last year, a group of employees also visited Dubai, a true center of oriental luxury. And on holidays – New Year's Eve, Nauryz – the best employees are rewarded with trips to Issyk-Kul and valuable gifts.
Such events are a clear sign of respect and appreciation from the leadership. But more importantly, these initiatives inspire and strengthen the unity and team spirit of the team.
The main thing is that these actions clearly demonstrate how much management cares about its employees, appreciates their work and strives to support their well–being. After all, success at work depends not only on knowledge and experience, but also on a person's state of mind, health, and harmonious relationships with colleagues.
Combining work and leisure is one of the main goals of our management. After all, a happy and inspired employee is the real key to success.
