Open Doors Day at the Medical-Pharmaceutical College: A Glimpse into the Future of Medicine

School Students and Teachers from Toktogul Visit the MPC

The Medical-Pharmaceutical College opened its doors to prospective students from Toktogul District (Jalal-Abad Region). As part of the Open Doors Day, high school graduates and their teachers explored the college’s infrastructure, research facilities, and educational opportunities.

Immersion in Science: From the Vivarium to Pirogov’s Anatomical Table

The tour began with visits to the simulation and phantom practice rooms. College instructors demonstrated modern teaching methods and showcased the phytolaboratory, training pharmacy, and anatomy classroom.

Next, the group proceeded to the morphology building and vivarium, where they learned about preclinical research and observed scientific procedures on laboratory animals. The high-tech equipment and advanced laboratories captivated the students—many of whom were seeing real medical research for the first time.

The visitors then explored lecture halls and the research library, where they were introduced to Pirogov’s anatomical table, which uses 3D technology to study the human body. Instructors emphasized the role of digital technologies in training future medical professionals.

Prospects for Collaboration

The event concluded with a meeting with the college administration, where discussions focused on career guidance, student preparation, and cooperation with regional educational institutions.

"We were once students ourselves, but this is the first time we’ve seen such a highly organized and well-equipped learning environment. This college provides everything needed to train top-tier specialists!" the visiting teachers shared enthusiastically.

The Medical-Pharmaceutical College continues to strengthen its reputation as a hub of modern medical knowledge and remains committed to nurturing talented youth. Our doors are always open to those who aspire to shape the future of medicine!
